>Description:
	 Package MySQL-server 3.23.47 comes with safe_mysqld, a script that controls the MySQL daemon. This script apparently nices mysqld, not at startup, but at some other time during use.
This problem has been discussed on the MySQL mailing list:
http://lists.mysql.com/cgi-ez/ezmlm-cgi?1:msp:25191:ibobkigpjfpafmmhifmp
>How-To-Repeat:
	 Run MySQL on a production machine for a while.
>Fix:
	 Edit safe_mysqld and take out the nohup command from line 166:
Change
    NOHUP_NICENESS="nohup"
to:
    NOHUP_NICENESS=""
