There's a lot of spam collecting in the GNATS system, because the GNATS
submission engine is far too lenient.  GNATS will accept any message, and
if it does not match a known PR, a new PR will be created with category
"pending", severity "serious", and priority "medium".

Send a random e-mail to gnats-bugs@netbsd.org containing anything but a PR
or PR number.

>Fix:

Perhaps there's patches to GNATS out there that will cause it to bounce
mail which is not a valid PR form and which does not refer to a known PR?
