people's front against (bozotic) www (softwar foundation)
System: NetBSD 1.5X NetBSD 1.5X (SPLODE) #1: Wed Aug 8 14:55:05 EST 2001 sparc64
Architecture: sparc
Machine: sparc64

when installing the www/cvsweb package, the www/apache package is
installed unconditionally. i have my own web server and would
very much like not to install apache espcially when i'm not going
	to use it...

install www/cvsweb, note that it's trying to download apache.

don't depend on apache. make the user install their web server
of choice and don't force them to install apache.
