when using cdplay interactively, "play" after eject seems to always
generate a EIO error. it doesn't not matter if the cdrom is given
time to settle after another cd is inserted (indeed, the error
appears immediately as the cd stops spinning if one attempts to
play "immediately".) this is 100% reproducable for me on this
dell inspiron 3500 laptop and was also able to
	reproduce it...

using cdplay non-interactively appears to work:

	fish-dances ~> cdplay play
	fish-dances ~> cdplay eject
	fish-dances ~> cdplay play
	fish-dances ~>

	fish-dances ~> cdplay
	Type `?' for command list

	cdplay> play
	cdplay> eject
	cdplay> play
	cdplay: ioctl(CDIOREADTOCHEADER): Input/output error
	cdplay> play

	not given.
