System: NetBSD/i386 1.5.1

>Description:
	I'm the developer of IPA and am the maintainer of IPA port in
	the FreeBSD ports collection: ports/sysutils/ipa.

	Now I think that it is time to add IPA to the NetBSD ports
	collection. IPA supports NetBSD, OpenBSD and FreeBSD, but it is
	present only in the FreeBSD ports collection.

	Here is short description of IPA (content of the DESCR file):

	======================================================================
        IPA allows to make IP accounting (network accounting) based on
	IPv4/v6 Firewall (FreeBSD only) and/or IP Filter accounting rules
	on NetBSD, OpenBSD and FreeBSD.

	It supports limits for accounting rules and limits events as "limit is
	reached", "reached limit is expired", etc. It understands time intervals
	like "end of day", "end of week", "end of month", etc.

	There is special viewer for accounting database and access control lists,
	which allow or disallow one to view accounting information for rules.
	======================================================================

	NetBSD port of IPA came from FreeBSD port of IPA, but I made some
	changes and add second patch (patch-ab), for gensysinfo script, because
	not all NetBSD users have kernel source.

	You can download gzip'ed tar-file of my port from:
	http://www.simon.org.ua/ipa/ipa-nbsd-port.tar.gz
