	Workaround is to add wsmux. Solution might be to add
	(NWSDISPLAY > 0 && NWSKBD > 0) to #if's in wsmouse.c.
	Or maybe to compile wsmux.c only when explicitly needed.
	BTW, the #if NWSMUX > 0 seems to be superfluous in wsmux.c.
