Architecture: i386

>Description:
The program that converts the MAKEDEV script into a man page
is written in some unknown language. It seem to want to invoke
something called `perl', but I don't seem to find that in the
	default NetBSD installation. :-)
There is also no Makefile target to make the man page.
>How-To-Repeat:
	cd share/man/man8
	look around in bewilderment
>Fix:
Rewrite the program. Add Makefile target.
