My apologies. It was an editing error on my part. My mailer isn't broken
since it doesn't normally add attributions. Going back to the original
message I was responding to, I see that Oleg had inserted some text
between the citation heading and the cited text; after editing all that I
had left was the (incorrect) attribution and Oleg's text.
