man dhcpd.conf describes how to set up dhcpd with dynamic dns updates to
named. In the example, a HMAC-MD5 key is used and a command to generate
such a key, called dnskeygen, is referenced. This command is not installed
with the base system. The one in the bind9 distribution does not work
as the dhcpd.conf man page implies.
