>Environment:
System: NetBSD trillian 1.5 NetBSD 1.5 (TRILLIAN) #1: Wed May 9 13:33:24 PDT 2001 st@trillian:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/TRILLIAN i386

>Description:
The NetBSD/i386 1.5 INSTALL kernel ahc driver panics on
boot-up when probing the SCSI bus on my Adaptec AHA-2940 Fast
SCSI host adaptor (BIOS	1.23) with the message:

panic: ahc1: brkadrint, Sequencer Parity Error at seqaddr=0x13c

NetBSD 1.4.1 worked OK on the same system. I have the following
	SCSI devices:

	sd0 at scsibus0 target 0 lun0: <IBM, DDRS-34560, S97B> SCSI2 0/direct fixed
	st0 at scsibus0 target 4 lun 0: <ARCHIVE, Python 25501-XXX, 5.AC> SCSI2 1/sequential removable
	st1 at scsibus0 target 5 lun 0: <ARCHIVE, VIPER 150 21531, -004> SCSI1 1/sequential removable
	cd0 at scsibus0 target 6 lun 0: <TOSHIBA, CD-ROM XM-6401TA, 1009> SCSI2 5/cdrom removable

>How-To-Repeat:
Boot NetBSD/i386 1.5 INSTALL kernel on system with AHA-2940 (?).

>Fix:
Unknown - though the ahc_unbusy_tcl() addition in rev 1.62 of
FreeBSD's /sys/dev/aic7xxx/aic7xxx.c looks like it might be
	relevant (haven't tried this yet).
