I have ported the killall command from FreeBSD 4.3. Maybe this
useful command should be added into our basesrc/usr.bin before
version 1.6.

How-to:
- get the files from http://www.piuha.net/~martti/tmp/killall.tar.gz  
- cd basesrc/usr.bin && mkdir killall
- modify basesrc/usr.bin/Makefile

I didn't provide a diff for the Makefile as it's trivial to fix.
