VAX specific file arch/vax/vsa/dz_vsbus.c is missing from both the FTP and cvs repositories.
This file is needed per the arch/vax/conf/files.vax specification:
VAX--mod100(21)# grep dz_vsbus *
files.vax:attach        dz at vsbus with dz_vsbus
files.vax:file  arch/vax/vsa/dz_vsbus.c          dz_vsbus | smg
The file does not exist in the ftp.netbsd.org ftp tree, nor have repeated
cvs attempts to update caused the file to be downloaded (have been trying 
for two weeks).  No response to queries on the port-vax mailing list.

Configure a kernel using dz_vsbus device, and attempt to compile.
