When you have no valid interfaces (like in a laptop with no PC cards)
dhclient hangs.  It never writes a pid file in /var/run so
"/etc/rc.d/dhclient stop" will not kill it.

>How-To-Repeat:

Remove all interfaces which dhclient will try to use.  Run dhclient.
It hangs after printing:
