System: NetBSD green-parrot.mcs.vuw.ac.nz 1.5R NetBSD 1.5R (MCS_WORKSTATION) #0: Wed Jan 31 08:13:05 NZDT 2001 mark@turakirae.mcs.vuw.ac.nz:/src/work/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/MCS_WORKSTATION i386
>Description:
When unmounting the filesystems at the end of installing a new current
machine paniced with:
panic: ffs_unmount: flush left dirty bufs 0xcaffa8c0
Stopped in pid 4590 (umount)
This has happened on 2 out of 2 installs with the new floppy set.
>How-To-Repeat:
From yesterdays -current sources do a "make release" and then use
the floppy images to install on a new machine. Install should work
smoothly until the unmount of the filesystems at the end (just prior
to going back to the main install menu), at which point panic.
