>Description:

nvi probably forgets to initialise something when returning to insert mode
via interrupt. This problem has been verified also with nvi 1.79

>How-To-Repeat:

start vi
ifoo<ctrl-c>.   ---> bad stuff

However this works as it should:
start vi
i<esc>ifoo<ctrl-c>.
