>Description:
ThinkPad 380Z won't sleep anymore, saying
APM set power state <1,2>: unable to enter requested state (0x6007)

According to Kevin Sullivan (ksulliva@psc.edu), his ThinkPad 560 has
had the same problem. If he reverts sys/arch/i386/isa/npx.c to 1.71,
and changes files.i386 from "npx at isa" to "npx at isa with npx_isa",
	the problem goes away.

>How-To-Repeat:
	Use weird IBM hardware.

>Fix:
See above. I am willing to test proposed fixes that might resolve
	this.
