Tecra 8100 w/ uhci running NetBSD/i386/1.5_ALPHA2

>Description:
The Toshiba PDR-M5 digitail still camera has an USB connector and
likes to act as a umass device. Unfortunately this doesn't work
fully. When plugging the cam in:

	...
	umass0 at uhub0 port 2 configuration 1 interface 0
	umass0: TOSHIBA PDR-M, rev1.00/1.00, addr 2
	umass0: using SCSI over BBB-P
umass0: Get Max Lun failed: TIMEOUT
umass0: unable to get Max Lun: TIMEOUT
	(10 finger dump)

After that the system continues, just without the cam accessible.

>How-To-Repeat:
Drive to Toshiba labs, plug in cam, wonder.

>Fix:
	Unknown.
