System: NetBSD simoom.service.jet.msk.su 1.5E NetBSD 1.5E (SIMOOM) #1: Tue Aug 22 04:08:20 MSD 2000 olgerd@pobox.com:/usr/src/syssrc/sys/arch/i386/compile/SIMOOM i386

>Description:
Because NetBSD lacks of many national language support (locale's are missing)
the use of Tcl/Tk higher than 8.0.x version is not possible (national characters
just replaced with incorrect latin ones).

>How-To-Repeat:
Install Tcl/Tk from packages.

>Fix:
Indeed, there should be two different packages for Tcl an Tk: Tcl/Tk 8.0.x and
Tcl/Tk 8.3.x (or higher).
