Kernel panic occours when running programs using emulated FPU-function _fpu_add.

When running NetBSD on machine which donīt have FPU,
like Amiga 1200 + Blizzard 1230-IV, kernel will panic when trying
to start programs like "top", "ps -u", which will use floating point numbers.
