jhawk wants a pr, so here is one.
ipf -D doesn't disable ipf anymore:
IP Filter: v3.4.9 unloaded
IP Filter: v3.4.9 initialized. Default = pass all, Logging = enabled
It just enables it right after ipf -D stoped it.
>How-To-Repeat:
Enable ipf and ipnat.
Do a 'ipf -D' and note that ipf gets stoped but immediately get
enabled again.
It doesn't matter if you do a 'ipnat -CF' before.
