tlp0: no media found!

The card is an "Apple PCI Ethernet 100BaseTX Card", the chip on it 
is a 21140-AC. None of the lights come on when the card is plugged 
into an Ethernet switch.

	Boot NetBSD on a G4. Login as root.  'ifconfig tlp0'
