System: NetBSD gandalf 1.4.2 NetBSD 1.4.2 (GANDALF) #0: Sun Jul 2 22:27:36 CEST 2000 gandalf@gandalf:/usr/src/sys/arch/mac68k/compile/GANDALF mac68k

>Description:
I was unable compile software who was depend of postgressql
libraries, like pgaccess, php-pgsql, tk-postgressql etc.

>How-To-Repeat:
try to compile pgaccess, with postgressql 7.0.2.

>Fix:
copy all include files from /usr/pkg/include/pgsql to
/usr/pkg/pgsql/include - this helps for me on mac68k and also on macppc
