	I have packaged three little utilities and would like to see
	them added to the NetBSD packages collection.  The packages
	worked well on the few NetBSD systems that I have access to.
	If they are not fit to be added to the package collection,
	please let me know what I can do to improve them.  In detail,
	the packages are:

	cfitsio

	A C library that provides routines for input and output in the
	FITS (flexible image transport system) file format.  Widely
	used among astronomers.
