Do you have the resources to debug this yourself? I'm not
sure what to suggest other than instrumenting the fxp driver
or backing out recent changes.

Could you give more data about how it does not work?
Can it see packets on the network? Can it it transmit them, etc.?

I don't have a lot of other suggestions.
