Run top; leave it running for a while. To see results faster, hold down the
space bar to force top to run more.

>Fix:

Unknown, although this used to be a problem with top. I don't remember what
the solution was, but with recent work on top, perhaps the fix has been
accidentally discarded. Will research, time permitting.
