System: NetBSD wayne.mit.edu 1.4.1 NetBSD 1.4.1 (WAYNE) #0: Sat Jan 8 15:00:10 EST 2000 mcmahill@wayne.mit.edu:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/WAYNE i386
>Description:
when using sysinst to install from CD-ROM, you must configure the network
(utility menu, config network) _before_ doing the install if you want
sysinst to store your network config. If you do the install first, then
config the network, the config isn't saved.
>How-To-Repeat:
install from CD. then remember to config the network, then loose and
do it by hand.
>Fix:
always ask "do you want to configure the network" even if installing from
CD, and always give the option to save it.
