NetBSD fatmac 1.4.2 NetBSD 1.4.2 (FATMAC) #0: Mon Mar 20 00:36:27 EST 2000 mw@fatmac:/usr/src/sys/arch/hp300/compile/FATMAC hp300
>Description:
net/sendfile (2.1) from pkgsrc.tar.gz dated Apr 1, 2000 does not install any files unless user types "ok" and return when prompted. This is quite unnecessary (and annoying during automated building). Otherwise builds and installs fine
===> Installing for sendfile-2.1
sh develop/install BSD
cd: can't cd to /var/spool/sendfile
WARNING: this sendfile install script will create or write to:
spool directory = /var/spool/sendfile
binary directory = /usr/pkg/bin
manual directory = /usr/pkg/man
sendfiled directory = /usr/pkg/sbin
configuration files = /usr/pkg/etc/sendfile.cf
/usr/pkg/etc/sendfile.deny
In /etc/services and /etc/inetd.conf apropriate ads will be inserted.
In /etc/profile and /etc/csh.login a call to sendfile_check will be added.
To deinstall the sendfile-daemon, simply type: rm -f /usr/pkg/sbin/sendfiled
If you are satisfied with these defaults, then type "ok" now:
ok
>How-To-Repeat:
Using pkgsrc.tar.gz dated Apr 1, 2000
cd net/sendfile
make
>Fix:
