System: NetBSD eniwetok.ihack.net 1.4V NetBSD 1.4V (ENIWETOK) #24: Sun Apr 2 19:07:29 EDT 2000 root@:/u2/src/sys/arch/alpha/compile/ENIWETOK alpha

>Description:
Although there is code to read the MAC address from non-ISV SROMs,
for 2114x chips, there is no `mediaswitch' assigned, so the driver
punts and does not completely attach the device.

The de driver works with the same hardware (SMC9332 board).

>How-To-Repeat:
Put a SMC9332 in your machine and install a kernel with
	TLP_MATCH_21140.

>Fix:
	None provided.
