/dev/dty?? is a variant of /dev/tty?? for use with dialout
modems, presumably vaguely analagous to /dev/cua?? under some other
operating systems.

It doesn't seem to be documented at all, with the only
references being in /dev/MAKEDEV.

In any event, at least based on my reading of dev/ic/com.c and
kern/tty.c, it's not terribly useful anyhow, so it's no huge loss,
however undocumented interfaces are poor.
