>Description:
	Doing "halt" from ttyE1 or a pty (xterm) results in the keyboard being
disabled once the shutdown has complete in comparison with "halt" being done
from the console, at which time you can use (for example) CTRL-ALT-Fn to
switch vty's.  As the keyboard is unresponsive, it is not possible to do a
CTRL-ALT-ESC.
