	The iMac USB keyboard has a "delete" key, top right side of the
	keyboard, however the NetBSD/macppc wscons interprets the keycode
	from it has BKSP (^H) instead of DEL (^? or 0177 ASCII).
	
	This is wrong. You can always generate ^H from CTRL-H, but a key
	labelled "delete" should generate DEL.
