	almost a year old.  The distribution file is no longer available
	from the master site, forcing us to rely on mirrors.

	more Makefile
	make fetch

	Notice that the version you're trying to retrieve is from March 1999.
	Also notice that it doesn't exist at the master site.

	The newest version is 0.99.5.
