>Description:
The man page for ttys is wrong or misleading in
that it implies that the flags rtscts/mdmbuf/dtrcts
can be set with a 'kill -s HUP 1'. I tried this
over and over, logged in and out, etc, etc, and no
combination would change the state of my tty (as
shown by 'stty -a'.

I had to reboot. I verified this pretty carefully,
even though one of the flags has no effect on sparc
at all. (This should also be documented in the
man page). I also understand the order is critical,
which should be documented too.
