	Erik Fair merged the MD le.4 manpages into the MI le.4 but he
	didn't add the old and now removed files to an obsolete.* file
	and he didn't seem to repond to emails.
	Therefore an upgrade would not delete the obsolete manpages.
>How-To-Repeat:
	Do an upgrade and notice that the old MD le.4 manpages are still there.
>Fix:
	Create a new obsolete.md_share file and fix the 'makeobsolete' script
	so it knows about obsolete.md_share files.
