Some of the patches for ssh change gethostbyname() into getnameinfo().
Unfortunately, SOCKS doesn't support getnameinfo(), and thus SOCKS
support in ssh doesn't work any more.

Build ssh with SOCKS support from pkgsrc, and try to use it with a
SOCKS proxy.
