yes, of course!  Thanks!

I now note there are many other cases of incorrect use of quotes in that
manual page too....  I'd made that first (incorrect) change so long ago
that I forgot I had meant it just as a reminder to fix the rest too....  :-(

There are also many other use of .Em that should probably be changed to
.Dv or perhaps something else more appropriate, but I'm not 100% sure
what the desired style calls for in this section of the manual....
