System: NetBSD bluenote 1.4P NetBSD 1.4P (BLUENOTE) #49: Sat Dec 4 16:36:25 CET 1999 matthieu@bluenote:/local/NetBSD/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/BLUENOTE i386

I've made a new version of the XFree86 aperture driver. The
new version takes into account modifications in the LKM
framework since NetBSD 1.2 and adds support for Pentiums II
and AMD K6 MTRRs, (from FreeBSD). This support will be used by
XFree86 4.0 to enable write-combining on the framebuffer
memory region (and disable it on the MMIO regions if needed)
	to improve performance.
Try to build/install the current aperture driver from
	under 1.4.x or -current.

The new version of the aperture driver is available on
unshar it and read README for installation instructions.
