"make update" doesn't always reinstall packages which depend on packages
which depend on the updated package. If one e.g. updates "libwww" the
"teTeX" package (depending on "teTeX-bin") gets reinstalled correctly
while the "magicfilter" (depending on "teTeX-bin", too) packages doesn't.

make install && make CLEANDEPENDS=yes
cd ../../www/libwww
make update
pkg_info -I magicfilter
