i386 ELF assembler can't build pkgsrc/security/gnupg.
When processing mpi/mpih-*.S, it says
`Error: Alignment not a power of 2' and stops.
>How-To-Repeat:
cd /usr/pkgsrc/security/gnupg; make
>Fix:
patches/patch-ac should define ELF_SYNTAX, not BSD_SYNTAX.
(and this entry should be before i[34]86*-*-linuxaout*)
