	Package www/wwwoffle is version wwwoffle-2.4 and has only IPv6
	support for http not ftp. I propose changing to wwwoffle-2.5 
        and adding my updated patches that add IPv6 support for ftp
        to this package. Version 2.5 is minor upgrade that mainly
    	fixes some bugs in 2.4. Also, my new IPv6 patches are cleaner
	now than the previous/current set.
