>Description:
After doing make in /usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/gdb, cvs update
fails with the following message:
cvs [update aborted]: could not chdir to gdb: Not a directory
make clean (which removes the file "gdb") allows cvs update to
operate properly.
>How-To-Repeat:
cvs checkout NetBSD source
cd /usr/src/usr.bin/gdb
make
cvs update
>Fix:
Unknown, but possibly someone once made a gdb subdirectory under
the directory in question, then cvs deleted it. If this is the case,
all memory of the directory could be removed from the cvs repository,
which isn't true to the principles of software source control, but
would at least keep cvs update from bombing when I forget to
do make clean in the gdb directory.
