postfix/patches/patch-aa creates a new top level Makefile in the postfix
source tree which does not list 'error' in the SUBDIR list. 
>How-To-Repeat:
	make install the postfix package. Configure an error transport. Get
error messages and find that there is no error binary in the libexec/postfix
directory.

Add 'error' to the subdir list, and provide a new patch to create 
a Makefile in the error directory.
