System: NetBSD 1.4K NetBSD 1.4K (WSRCC) #0: Thu Aug 26 16:46:07 PDT 1999 i386

	new pkg: astro/dgpsip
both Linux and Freebsd now have this as an rpm / port.

(I've been putting off submitting it because I figured its
kind of rude to submit your own programs. Now that the "competing"
	OS's have it ...)

The stuff in pkg/{COMMENTS,DESCR,PLIST} was stolen from
	the freebsd port.

	mkdir /usr/pkgsrc/astro

cat <<EOF > astro/Makefile
# $NetBSD$

    SUBDIR += dgpsip

.include "../mk/"
