System: NetBSD callisto.niangua.net 1.4 NetBSD 1.4 (CALLISTO) #4: Thu Jul 29 09:49:18 CDT 1999 bstark@callisto.niangua.net:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/CALLISTO i386

>Description:
tetris does not run when TERM=xterm
>How-To-Repeat:
start x windows, in an xterm window with TERM=xterm, start tetris, and the
  program says:

callisto:bstark$ tetris
aborting: cannot do random cursor positioning via tgoto()
callisto:bstark$ echo $TERM
xterm
callisto:bstark$

This occurs on NetBSD 1.4 with XFree86 3.3.4.

>Fix:
To get around the problem, type export TERM=xterm-r5, then run tetris.
