The FTP site used in the audio/xmcd package doesn't allow
anonymous login.  This may just be a temporary problem, but
the make didn't find the file anywhere else.  By looking around,
I found the source at an http URL:
That site mentions it is at patchlevel one 30-Jun-1999, fwiw.
cd pkgsrc/audio/xmcd ; make
