        The default pcvt configuration switched between VTs 0-3 when
        F9-F12 were pressed with no modifier keys.  This is a very
        useful behaviour to emulate.  Unfortunately, the wskbd keymap
        configuration mechanism is not flexible enough to emulate
        this.  Ergo, it needs work.
