>Description:
As NetBSD gains more converts, we will have more of the unwashed masses
using our OS who have little or no prior experience with UNIX system
	maintenance and security.

This will cause additional support load for us on our mailing lists,
and in the PR database, unless we pre-emptively and pro-actively make
	the necessary tutorial materials available.

>How-To-Repeat:
	read port-mac68k or port-i386 for a month.

	observe many "newbie" questions.

speculate on the remaining time until those lists are closed
to all save "sufficiently technical" people.

>Fix:
One step in this direction would be to:

	1. identify appropriate books which accurately cover the topics.
	2. set up a link with the Amazon "Affiliates" program, so that the
Project can make some small amount of money on purchases.
	3. put the recommended books with the Amazon order links into the
		NetBSD web pages.

Part of this requires an address for TNF that can deposit checks.
