	${MASTER_SITE_TEX_CTAN:=systems/unix/teTeX/distrib/sources/

The version 0.4 sources are now in 

	${MASTER_SITE_TEX_CTAN:=systems/unix/teTeX/0.4/distrib/sources/

Alternatively, one could use

	${MASTER_SITE_TEX_CTAN:=systems/unix/teTeX/1.0/distrib/sources/

But that will require more work.
