Nope. There is a bug in the gateway. It's been there for a long
time, but noone bothered to search for it and fix it yet.
There is at least one send-pr about this in the database :-)
I started collecting the send-prs I get in a speacial folder
and see that about 1 in 10 or 20 is missing.
