The adosfs does not show '.' and '..' entries in its directories.
This is a problem with some directory browsers that expect the first two entries of a directory to be '.' and '..', for they simply don't show them.
So, when browsing thru an adosfs partition, the first two "real" entries of a directory are simply swallowed.
